Who we are

We are a team of well-trained and experienced mental health professionals including registered psychologists, registered social workers, and registered psychotherapists. Each therapist is passionate about their work and have specific training and experience in perinatal mental. We focus on supporting clients though trying to conceive, coping with miscarriage/stillbirth, pregnancy mental health, postpartum mental health, and the early years of parenting.

What we do

We help with a range of perinatal and general mental health issues. We are trained in a number of different evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and more.
