As a parent of two young children, Erica understands the ups and downs of early parenting firsthand. She creates non-judgmental, supportive spaces for parents to explore their experiences. Her work focuses on helping parents address the core emotional, mental, and practical challenges of early parenthood as they adjust to their new roles. She is also keen to support aspiring parents as they go through the challenges of trying to conceive. Erica has completed the Perinatal Mood Disorders certificate training through Postpartum Support International.
Erica brings over 15 years of experience in the children’s mental health field, supporting neurodivergent children and their families. For most of her career, she designed and operated recreational and therapeutic programs for neurodivergent kids and youth. She has a strong focus on neurodiversity, trauma-informed care, and mental health education. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with families to help them understand and navigate the unique needs of their children, and she is passionate about helping parents feel more confident during times of transition.
Erica is offering lower fee therapy both in-person and virtually during daytime hours from September 2025 to August 2026.
