Jessica Henry is a Registered Social Worker who provides parent consultation and individual therapy. She works collaboratively with parents navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural concerns, limit setting, family transitions, attachment difficulties, and parenting stress.
Jessica holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and a Master of Science in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and evidence-informed, drawing from Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches.
In addition to her work with parents, Jessica supports individuals navigating reproductive and perinatal experiences, including fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and pregnancy termination. She also works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, family conflict, and Autism Spectrum support needs. Jessica is committed to helping clients feel understood and supported as they move forward in a way that aligns with their values and goals.
Outside of her clinical work, Jessica enjoys yoga and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
