Elizabeth Hill holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Elizabeth’s area of interest lies in women’s mental health, with an emphasis on providing empathetic care to women navigating the intricate challenges of the reproductive years. From the arduous path of conception to the complexities of the postpartum experience, she supports individuals grappling with the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of this transformative phase. Her experience draws from her own personal journey in the fertility process and the complex challenges that come alongside it. Elizabeth is now a mother of two young daughters, ages 3 and 6.

Grounded within an integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, Elizabeth aims to empower women in reclaiming control over their lives and their mental wellbeing so they can see a path forward. She offers support to individuals at any point in the reproductive stage, helping clients cope with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions.

Elizabeth offers sessions virtually and in-person.
