Individual therapy (General mental health, pregnancy, and postpartum)

We work with a range of presenting problems including general mental health, health psychology, and perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) psychology. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.
